    *Part 1 of interview* In this episode of Between2Worlds with Teisa we introduce Phil Etuale one half of Phil and Michelle the owners and organisers of the Manawatū Craft and Food Fair, which is held four times each year. Phil shares a little about growing up in Palmerston North and his journey through business ownership in the entertainment and bar industries. He also discusses stepping away from business to care for his mother and how life later led him and Michelle to take over the Manawatū Craft and Food Fair with the support of their children and family. Listeners will hear more about the event, the opportunities it creates for local stallholders, and how the fair gives back to the wider community.
