Here’s one of my favorite quotes of all time: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will control your life and you will call it fate.” -Carl Jung Think about it: What programming from your childhood is still lingering in the background… … Potentially causing you to behave in ways that no longer serve you? It is my view that our stories (both internal and external) control our reality. If that’s the case, how do you… FIND the unconscious beliefs that might be holding you backDELETE the negative unconscious beliefREPLACE the negative belief with one that serves you? THAT is what today’s guest will show you how to do. Gladius Sovereign is the creator of the Sovereign Mind Method, and what he does is PURE magic. #200: HUGE Milestone Celebration & How To Go Beyond Curious™ To Uncover And Express Your Life’s Purpose

Today marks a huge celebration: Episode TWO HUNDRED is officially live. If you had told me back in November 2020 where the show would be today along with who I’d interviewed, I’m not sure I would have believed you… Nuts. Just nuts. This podcast has 1,000% changed my life, and I’m beyond grateful for you being a part of this journey. To celebrate this milestone, I of course wanted to do something special… But before I reveal what I did for #200, you need a teeny bit of context: If you haven’t listened to episode #140a, I believe it’s the best episode I’ve ever produced. #140a was the transition to Beyond Curious, where I gave the answer to the question my original show (7-Figure Millennials) was based on: How can we become financially successful and have a big impact while prioritizing our happiness, health, and relationships? My answer? Turn your business into a vehicle that directly helps you to live your life’s purpose. The “problem” with this answer was that it was essentially a non answer… I had to go deep and figure out: 1) What’s my life purpose? 2) What’s the best business vehicle for living out that purpose? Episode #140a went DEEP and shared how I arrived at the answers for myself, and shared clips from DOZENS of previous guests that helped me along the way. Then, with my answers, I took a flying leap into the unknown. I went Beyond Curious. In episode #200, I wanted to share with you where this flying leap has taken me. I share the biggest lessons I’ve learned from the unknown to help YOU find greater alignment as you uncover and express your purpose. I go DEEP into the crazy experiments I’ve run that have led me to live a dream life, where I’m unapologetically pursuing what I want in a way that aligns with my purpose to create a more deeply connected world. But of course the most important part for me is that I reverse engineer what I’ve learned to help YOU find greater alignment and more deeply express YOUR purpose in the world. I can’t wait to hear what you think… To see the resources from this episode, visit https://gobeyondcurious.com/podcast/200/ To apply for Curiosity Island Citizenship, visit https://bfo.ng/apply

#199: Meet The Classical Composer & “Connector of Connectors” That Built A 1,700+ Superconnector Network With Access To The Pope, The Dalai Lama, & Sir Paul McCartney… w/ David Homan

“I can get you into this group, but there’s one thing you need to know. If you end up not upholding the values of the group, not only will you get kicked out, but I’ll get kicked out for inviting you.” Those were the words of my friend Yas when she first told me about today’s guest, David Homan. Quite the introduction! Not only have I attended one of David’s events, but I’m BLOWN away at his philosophy around connecting. David is the founder of Orchestrated Connected — a community of over 1700+ global “superconnectors” that represents family offices, venture capitalists, impact investors, entertainers, athletes, and CEOs/Founders. There’s SO much gold in this conversation, but here are a few things to look forward to: 1. Why one of the foundations to building this incredible network is a concept that David calls “Honoring The Chain of Connections” and how you can use it to create bigger results and expand more gratitude in the world 2. Why David believes that risk is an essential part of communities — and what the rules are that would cause him to kick people out of his network 3. How to create an “impact ask” — how to actually ask for what you need (even if you’re a giver that struggles with this) If you’re someone who values the power of connecting and wants to expand how you build relationships, you won’t want to miss this one 🙂 To learn more about David, visit https://gobeyondcurious.com/podcast/david-homan/

#198: From Startup → 650 Employees Through Strategic Acquisitions & How To Find Your “Rembrandt In The Attic” To Prepare For A Strategic Exit w/ John Ratliff

John Ratliff started a 24/7 telephone answering service in 1995…. … as the sole employee and operator 😆 Here’s what that meant: In the early days, John would literally have to set a ringtone loud enough to wake him up in the middle of the night to answer a phone call for someone stuck at an airport trying to find a taxi. As he said in the interview: “I literally don’t remember much of 1997 because I was so sleep deprived.” Despite that rocky start, John eventually grew the company to 650 employees through a series of acquisitions, and sold the company in 2012 to a strategic buyer. I actually bumped into John on Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island, and he shared something with me that became one of my biggest takeaways from the entire trip: “Rembrandts in the attic.” This ONE concept is one of the biggest levers that he’s pulled to help him go from answering phones solo to building a 650 person company… And how he also helps his clients maximize the value of their company before the exit. We talk about that on today’s episode along with… - How John leveraged an insight from reading “Moneyball” to scale his company - What he learned from watching Sir Richard Branson getting pitched really terrible business ideas - The 3 most important characteristics entrepreneurs must have (after observing his community of coaches that collectively advise 2,500+ companies worldwide) To say that John is incredibly wise is an understatement… I’m 1000% confident that the stories he shares in this episode can and absolutely will change your business life if you implement it… This is NOT one to miss.
