“What’s interesting about these dreams that you don’t get with other dreams is that, you know we talk about how these dreams are so great for grief after a death but what happens when we start to heal? I think this is a very interesting question because if the dreams are just meant for your grief, then they should stop after someone let’s say is adapting to their loss well. But what happens is that those dreams don’t stop. They transform, they change. So now people are start having these dreams when they have other distressing moments in their life. So it’s not about the death anymore. Now it’s about helping you through difficult times that you are going through. I don’t fully understand it but it is very beautiful to look at because there is something going on, that’s helping us in a way that research hasn’t really looked at. And so when we talk about people being resilient, we forget that people are having these experiences that are actually helping them become resilient. “ -DR. Mediumship, Near Death Experience and Dimensions of Consciousness with Ginette Biro

“Here is a really neat example of portraying death that my guides had me tell my kids one time: I have a sweater, that I am wearing right now. As I am talking to you I feel completely me. This is me. This is what I look like, this is who I am. But if I get really hot, I don’t need the sweater anymore. If I take off my sweater, I still feel completely like me. I don’t feel any different. This is one hundred percent me, talking to you. But this sweater: I don’t need it. I am grateful that I had it, but it is not useful in this environment anymore. And this is kind of how the spirit feels, when it separates from the body. It is saying: „Thank you, for lending me this to keep me warm.” - which equals the body saying „Thank you for letting me be 3D on planet earth. I appreciate it. I got to touch stuff and smell things but I don’t need it anymore. I put it over there.” And the spirit carries on, still feeling totally like they are, which is so true because when I was on the other side, I felt exactly like that. Although she spends a lot of time in the spirit world she has a normal life with two kids, a husband and her pets. When she was 5 years old, it all started. She felt beings in her room, who she later learned were part of her council. In 2019 when having a surgery, she had a near death experience, where she got to see and understand her life blueprint. “There’s a lot of traditions that have a practice, which teaches you this conscious approach to dying. It’s ancient, it’s been around for thousands of years but there’s something super futuristic about it because what they are doing is training their consciousness to be present and fully aware so you are able to step into awareness beyond the physical body. You need to understand what that feels like to be present. Ways of being present is practicing throughout the day to have you more in the power of the now, more aware with your surroundings, your thoughts, your day to day life and taking it in, calming the chattering mind and getting to these meditative places.
