    Episode 94: Taking Back My Mental Power

    On Episode 94 of Beyond Labels & Limitations, John shares a statistic that we have 60-80 thousand thoughts a day, 95% of the thoughts are repetitive, and 80% are negative. One morning, John woke up and noticed thoughts flooding his head. Instead of just believing the thoughts, which is what he usually did, John just watched them. What he noticed was that he had a choice in either purchasing the thought, by thinking more about the thought, or discarding it by simply watching it and letting it go. In watching the thoughts, John was able to feel lighter and more energized mentally.
