This podcast is an excellent resource for sexual abuse survivors and their families. It is also so helpful for parents navigating how to keep their children safe from abuse. As a survivor, I find the episodes both relatable and helpful.

My daughter has just introduced me to your podcast. I am an author of children's books. One of my books is on sexual abuse prevention. I just listened to my first podcast and LOVE it. How I wish I would have discovered this before today. The way that we store pain and trauma in the body and mind is a very powerful thing and something I have been working on and studying.
