Beyond The Adjustment Ep. 013 | Scott Campbell & Chris Scheele – Building Financial Freedom in Chiropractic Practice

Running a successful chiropractic practice doesn't automatically mean you have a successful financial plan. In this episode of Beyond the Adjustment, Dr. Chad Mykietiuk sits down with Scott Campbell and Chris Scheele of Align Wealth, a financial planning firm focused specifically on Canadian chiropractors. Scott and Chris have seen firsthand what happens when successful practice owners operate without a clear financial strategy. From treating the practice like an ATM and reacting to tax bills after the fact, to endlessly reinvesting in the clinic without building personal wealth, seemingly small financial habits can have a major impact over the course of a career. The conversation explores how chiropractors can become more intentional about cash flow, paying themselves, debt, investing and practice growth — while building financial systems that support the life they actually want. Rather than searching for complicated financial tricks, Scott and Chris make the case for something much more powerful: clarity, structure, consistency and a proactive long-term plan. Key Takeaways: Have a plan before you need one. One of the recurring problems Scott and Chris see is chiropractors withdrawing money from their corporations whenever they need it and dealing with the tax consequences later. A deliberate strategy around income, taxes and cash flow can remove much of that uncertainty. Build good systems early. Creating strong bookkeeping, cash-flow and financial reporting habits early in your career becomes increasingly valuable as your practice grows. You don't always have to choose between debt reduction and investing. High-interest debt deserves particular attention, but building the habit of saving and investing while also reducing debt can establish financial behaviours that serve you for decades. Growth should have a purpose. A bigger clinic, more staff and higher revenue can look impressive from the outside, but growth only matters if it moves you toward your personal and professional goals. Revenue isn't the same as profitability. A relatively simple practice with controlled overhead, strong systems and excellent profitability may create considerably more freedom than a larger practice with significantly higher expenses. Your financial beliefs matter. Everyone develops a "money story" based on family, upbringing and life experience. Becoming aware of those beliefs — and being willing to challenge them when necessary — can dramatically influence financial decision-making. There are no magic tax tricks. Good planning isn't about finding secret ways around Canada's tax system. It's about understanding the rules, planning proactively and structuring your finances intelligently within them. Guest Bios: Scott Campbell, CFP®, CCS™ Scott is the Founder and Financial Planner at Align Wealth. He launched his independent financial planning practice in 2016 before making the decision to specialize in serving Canadian chiropractors. His goal is to help chiropractors create financial clarity and build long-term freedom through comprehensive planning that extends far beyond investment management. Chris Scheele, QAFP™ Chris is a Financial Planner at Align Wealth. After operating his own independent financial planning practice, Chris joined Align Wealth in 2024. His approach emphasizes comprehensive planning, strong financial systems and helping clients make intentional decisions that connect their finances with the lives they want to build. Together, Scott and Chris work specifically with Canadian chiropractors on the financial realities of practice ownership and personal wealth — including business cash flow, compensation, taxes, investing and long-term planning. Beyond the Adjustment Ep. 012 | Dr. Pip Penrose - Building an Authentic Practice Around Family, Connection and Service

In this episode of Beyond the Adjustment, Dr. Chad Mykietiuk welcomes chiropractor and CNAC board member Dr. Pip Penrose for a thoughtful conversation about chiropractic, family, practice and authenticity. Dr. Penrose shares the unusual story of how her chiropractic journey began after experiencing mononucleosis as a teenager. With no previous exposure to chiropractic, she contacted a chiropractor who introduced her to the principles of innate intelligence, listening to the body and supporting its natural ability to function. That experience changed the direction of her life and eventually led her to study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Penrose discusses navigating the philosophical divisions within the profession during her education while remaining connected to the vitalistic understanding of chiropractic that originally inspired her. Now in her 21st year of practice, Dr. Penrose reflects on the many forms her career has taken, including working as an independent contractor, opening a practice, buying and selling practices, and eventually creating a home-based family practice. A major theme of the conversation is the importance of allowing a practice to evolve alongside your life. Dr. Penrose explains why professional success is not simply about building the largest possible practice. Although her previous practice was thriving, its demands were affecting her energy and the time she could give to her family. Her current practice allows her children and husband to be part of the everyday environment, creating a model that feels more aligned with her values. She encourages chiropractors not to feel permanently committed to the practice model they chose at the beginning of their careers. Dr. Penrose also shares practical advice for chiropractors who want to build a true family and pediatric practice. Rather than viewing families as a practice-growth strategy, she emphasizes genuine care, clinical confidence and meaningful personal connection. She discusses the importance of continuing education, helping children feel comfortable before their first visit, communicating with both parents and providing video reports that families can review together at home. The conversation also explores boundaries, delegation and the challenge of caring deeply without becoming overwhelmed. Dr. Penrose explains how she remains accessible to committed patients while still protecting her family time and maintaining the ability to say no. Key Takeaways; Build a practice that supports your life. A practice can be financially successful and still demand more energy than you are willing to sacrifice. Success should reflect your values, family and season of life. Authenticity creates connection. Patients recognize when a chiropractor is genuinely invested in them. Dr. Penrose believes that showing up as the most authentic version of yourself ultimately allows you to serve more effectively. Your practice is allowed to evolve. The model that works when you graduate may not be the model that works after marriage, children or changing priorities. Chiropractors should not be afraid to bend, flex and redesign their practices. Family practice begins with genuine care. Caring for babies and children should not simply be viewed as a strategy for gaining additional family members as patients. Families feel the difference when the connection is sincere. Trust is built through small personal touches. Introductory videos, thoughtful follow-ups and communication designed around the realities of family life can help children and parents feel safe, understood and valued. Boundaries and service can coexist. Being available does not mean being available at every moment. Clear boundaries allow chiropractors to serve generously when appropriate without sacrificing their own wellbeing. Guest Bio Dr. Pip Penrose is a chiropractor with more than 20 years of practice experience and a member of the Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic board. Throughout her career, she has worked in several different practice environments and has developed a deeply personal, family-centred approach to chiropractic care. Her current home-based practice reflects her commitment to authenticity, connection and creating a professional life that supports her role as both a chiropractor and a mother.

Beyond the Adjustment Ep. 011 | Dr. Parm Rai: Keeping Chiropractic Simple, Building Connection and Growing Together

In this episode of Beyond the Adjustment, Dr. Chad Mykietiuk sits down with Dr. Parm Rai—family chiropractor, entrepreneur and founder of Lux Talks. For more than two decades, Dr. Rai has served families in Langley, British Columbia, with a focus on neurologically based chiropractic care and a special interest in pregnancy and pediatric care. Parm shares the experiences that shaped his chiropractic journey, including an influential service trip to El Salvador while he was still a student. Seeing the impact chiropractic could have on individuals and entire families helped confirm that he had found the profession he wanted to dedicate his life to. Chad and Parm explore why chiropractors can sometimes make practice more complicated than it needs to be. Parm explains his belief that “less is more” and encourages chiropractors to remain focused on the chiropractic adjustment rather than feeling pressure to continually add more services, tools or technology. They also discuss the importance of communicating honestly with patients. Parm explains how he gradually became more confident in removing his filters, speaking directly and telling patients what he genuinely believed they needed to hear. His advice is simple: come from a place of love, ask permission to speak honestly and allow the patient to make their own informed decision. The conversation also examines the systems that make a practice successful. While financial, administrative and clinical systems all matter, Parm believes the most important systems are those that create meaningful connections with patients. From the first telephone call to recognizing important moments in a patient’s life, every interaction contributes to the relationship. Parm also reflects on the professional challenges he faced while serving on the chiropractic regulatory board in British Columbia. Although those experiences were difficult, they strengthened his resolve and helped contribute to the emergence of organizations committed to supporting and advancing chiropractic. Outside the office, Parm shares the routines that help him remain grounded, including regular exercise, family dinners, long-standing friendships and entrepreneurial projects such as Gladstone Hot Sauce. Finally, Parm explains how Lux Talks began as a small gathering of local chiropractors who wanted to learn from and support one another. It has since grown into a major chiropractic conference, but its original purpose remains the same: bringing chiropractors together to exchange ideas, challenge one another and grow through genuine human connection. Memorable Takeaways; “Less is more.” Chiropractors do not need to water down or overcomplicate what they do. There is tremendous value in keeping the focus on chiropractic and the adjustment. Tell patients what they need to hear—not simply what they want to hear. Honest communication allows chiropractors to serve patients without carrying the regret that they held something important back. Ask permission to speak honestly. When a difficult conversation is necessary, asking the patient for permission can create openness and remove much of the fear surrounding the discussion. Retention problems may actually be connection problems. Every interaction—from the first telephone call to the smallest personal gesture—helps determine how connected patients feel to the practice. Humans are meant to grow together, not apart. Online education has value, but it cannot fully replace the energy, accountability and relationships created when people gather in the same room. Guest Bio Dr. Parm Rai is a family chiropractor and entrepreneur who has practised in Langley, British Columbia, for more than 20 years. His practice has a strong focus on neurologically based chiropractic care, pregnancy, pediatrics and generational family health. He is also the founder of Lux Talks, a chiropractic gathering that began as a small local mastermind and has grown into a major conference featuring both Canadian and international speakers. Beyond The Adjustment Ep. 010 | Molly Cahill: Helping Chiropractors Build Connection Through Authentic Marketing

In this episode of Beyond the Adjustment, Dr. Chad Mykietiuk sits down with Molly Cahill, a marketing and Instagram coach who has worked with more than 700 health and wellness professionals—most of them chiropractors. Molly shares how her own experience with chiropractic, combined with six years working in medical sales within pain and addiction clinics, changed the direction of her life and career. After seeing firsthand the limitations of the conventional healthcare system, she found an opportunity to combine her background in marketing with her growing appreciation for chiropractic. What began as managing one chiropractor’s Instagram account eventually grew into a fully booked social media management agency, a marketing education membership, and a podcast with more than 150 episodes. Chad and Molly explore why social media is no longer optional for most chiropractic practices—even when the chiropractor has no desire to become a content creator. Molly explains that Instagram allows prospective patients to understand a chiropractor’s personality, philosophy, approach to care, and overall “vibe” before ever entering the office. They also discuss one of the biggest challenges facing vitalistic and wellness-based chiropractors: communicating the larger purpose of chiropractic in language that resonates with people who may only be searching for help with a specific problem. Molly explains why broad statements about helping families “thrive” often fail to connect and why chiropractors need to speak more specifically about the real situations, concerns, and frustrations their ideal patients are experiencing. Rather than abandoning the bigger chiropractic message, she recommends using specific and relatable entry points to begin the conversation. The episode also explores the importance of authentic storytelling, creating human connection, understanding your audience, respecting regulatory requirements, and finding a marketing approach that fits the chiropractor’s individual strengths and capacity. Topics discussed include: · Molly’s first experience with chiropractic and relief from debilitating sciatica · What six years in medical sales taught her about pain, addiction, and healthcare · How she unexpectedly began managing social media for chiropractors · Growing from one Instagram account into a fully booked marketing agency · Why approximately 90% of Molly’s clients are chiropractors · Reframing marketing as a way to reach people who need your help · Why prospective patients investigate a practice’s online presence · How Instagram helps patients understand the personality and philosophy of a practice · Why marketing is about capacity and energy—not simply time management · Deciding whether to create content yourself or delegate it · Why generic health and wellness messaging gets overlooked · Replacing stock photographs and generic graphics with authentic practice content · Using personal stories and lived experience to establish trust · Creating specific messaging that makes prospective patients feel understood · Why people search for symptoms rather than concepts such as subluxation or vitality · Using symptoms as an entry point without reducing chiropractic to symptom treatment · Communicating nervous-system and wellness care in relatable language · Balancing engaging content with professional and regulatory responsibilities · Avoiding exaggerated or overly dramatic health claims · Using responsible language, research, context, and appropriate disclaimers · Why chiropractors should know the people and families they most want to serve Key Takeaways: Effective chiropractic marketing is not about chasing trends or posting simply because someone says you should. It is about helping the people in your community discover that your practice exists. The strongest content connects the chiropractor’s philosophy with the real-world concerns of the people they hope to serve. When chiropractors communicate specifically, authentically, and responsibly, social media can become an extension of their mission rather than another unwanted obligation. Guest Bio: Molly Cahill is a marketing and Instagram coach for health and wellness professionals. She has worked with more than 700 practitioners and has developed a particular focus on helping chiropractors communicate their message, build genuine relationships, and grow their practices through strategic social media. She leads an Instagram management agency serving chiropractic practices and is the creator of the Holistic Marketing Hub, where practitioners and their teams can learn how to implement professional marketing strategies themselves. Beyond The Adjustment Ep. 009 | Dr. Steven Gall: You Are the System

In this candid and practical episode of Beyond the Adjustment, Dr. Chad Mykietiuk sits down with longtime chiropractor, coach, colleague, and friend Dr. Steven Gall. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Dr. Gall graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has spent nearly 35 years in practice. Although chiropractic college gave him a strong foundation, he explains that many of his most important lessons came afterward—through experience, personal growth, mentorship, and learning what truly makes a chiropractic practice work. Dr. Gall challenges chiropractors to stop searching for the next system, script, piece of equipment, or external solution that will transform their practice. Systems may be helpful, but they cannot overcome a chiropractor’s fears, insecurities, communication challenges, or unwillingness to confidently stand behind their recommendations. As Steven puts it: “You don’t need another system. You are the system.” Chad and Steven explore why chiropractors sometimes alter their recommendations based on assumptions about what a patient can afford, how fear can undermine a report of findings, and why patients deserve to hear what their chiropractor genuinely believes they need. They also discuss handling objections without desperation, maintaining integrity while remaining compassionate, and helping patients understand the value of chiropractic care beyond their insurance coverage. Topics discussed include: · What separates a good chiropractor from a great chiropractor · Lessons from nearly 35 years in chiropractic practice · Why personal development matters more than finding another practice system · How a chiropractor’s fears can limit practice growth · Why many doctors struggle to confidently discuss money · The importance of creating an honest exchange of value · Recommending what patients need rather than what feels comfortable · Why changing a recommendation too quickly can undermine trust · Learning to make a recommendation—and then remain silent · How to respond when a patient objects to the frequency or cost of care · The difference between an objection and a rejection · Understanding the real reason behind a patient’s concerns · Setting realistic expectations when patients choose less care · Why insurance coverage should not determine a patient’s care plan · Balancing confidence, integrity, flexibility, and compassion · Helping people who genuinely cannot afford the recommended care · Why successful chiropractors can create success wherever they practice Key Takeaways; The chiropractor is often the greatest limiting factor in the practice. Location, systems, technology, and scripts can all be useful, but chiropractors bring their own fears, beliefs, habits, and communication challenges wherever they go. Patients deserve an honest recommendation. When chiropractors reduce a care recommendation because they assume a patient cannot afford it or will reject it, the patient never gets the opportunity to make an informed decision. Confidence creates clarity. Chiropractors must be able to clearly explain what they recommend, why they recommend it, and what it will cost—without apologizing, backpedalling, or immediately offering less. An objection is not necessarily a rejection. A patient may have a scheduling problem, a misunderstanding, or a practical concern that can be addressed through conversation. Integrity and compassion can coexist. Standing behind a recommendation does not mean being inflexible or uncaring. There may be circumstances where a chiropractor chooses to help someone financially or adapt the care arrangement while remaining honest about the expected outcome. Guest Bio: Dr. Steven Gall is a Winnipeg-based chiropractor with nearly 35 years of experience in practice. A graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Steven has spent his career learning what allows chiropractors to communicate effectively, serve patients with confidence, and build practices they are proud of. Beyond his work in practice, Steven has dedicated significant time to serving and supporting the chiropractic profession. He served on committees with the Manitoba Chiropractors Association and spent two years on its Board of Directors, including one year as president. He is also a founding member and current Director of the Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic, helping advance an organization committed to preserving and promoting the unique value of chiropractic in Canada. His approach emphasizes personal responsibility, honest communication, strong clinical recommendations, and the recognition that long-term practice success begins with the chiropractor—not merely the systems surrounding them.

Beyond The Adjustment Ep. 008 | Dr. Ali Miller: Building a Family-Focused Practice and Defining Success on Your Own Terms

What separates a good chiropractor from a great one? For Dr. Ali Miller, clinical skill and a specific neurological adjustment are essential—but the connection a chiropractor creates with patients can elevate care to another level. In this episode of Beyond the Adjustment, Dr. Chad Mykietiuk sits down with Dr. Ali Miller to discuss her journey into chiropractic, the development of her busy family-focused practice, and the importance of creating an environment where parents and children feel genuinely supported. Dr. Miller explains how growing up in a medically focused household shaped her perspective and how her mother’s experience with chiropractic opened her eyes to a different approach to health. She also shares what it was like to begin her family while attending chiropractic college and how those experiences naturally led her toward pregnancy, pediatric, and family care. The conversation explores what is positive about chiropractic today and why the profession may benefit from spending less time criticizing other professions—or one another—and more time communicating the value chiropractic can bring to individuals, families, and communities. Dr. Miller also offers practical advice for chiropractors who want to build a truly family-friendly practice. She discusses pediatric training, office design, flexible scheduling, family care systems, community relationships, and the small details that help parents and children feel welcome. Finally, Dr. Miller and Dr. Chad have an honest conversation about balancing practice ownership, parenting, relationships, and personal goals. Dr. Miller shares how she structured her schedule around the life she wanted and why success should not be defined exclusively by patient volume, revenue, or someone else’s expectations. Guest Bio Dr. Ali Miller is a chiropractor with more than 20 years of experience building a busy, family-focused practice. Her work is centred on providing neurological chiropractic care in an environment where parents, babies, and children feel welcomed, understood, and supported. After growing up in a medically focused household, Dr. Miller was introduced to chiropractic through her mother’s experience with care. While exploring her own career options, she was drawn to the passion, purpose, and lifestyle she observed among experienced chiropractors and ultimately enrolled at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Miller began raising her family while completing her chiropractic education, welcoming her first child between her second and third years at CMCC and her second shortly after graduation. Experiencing chiropractic throughout pregnancy and introducing care to her own children helped shape the direction of her future practice. Today, Dr. Miller is known for her practical and compassionate approach to family care. She is passionate about creating offices that truly accommodate families, supporting mothers who may feel unheard, collaborating with other family-focused professionals, and helping chiropractors define success according to their own values and circumstances. Her perspective reflects a belief that great chiropractic care extends beyond clinical skill. It also requires connection, listening, flexibility, and a commitment to meeting families where they are. Beyond The Adjustment Ep. 007 | Dr. Brian Ferguson: Preserving What Makes Chiropractic Unique

What makes chiropractic distinct—and what happens when the profession loses sight of it? In Episode 7 of Beyond the Adjustment, Dr. Chad Mykietiuk sits down with Dr. Brian Ferguson for a candid, passionate and occasionally fiery conversation about the identity and future of chiropractic. A 1992 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Dr. Ferguson has spent more than three decades developing his craft, studying chiropractic technique and building a practice centred around the adjustment. He describes his approach as a hybrid model: incorporating complementary services when they benefit the patient while ensuring that chiropractic philosophy, analysis and the adjustment remain at the heart of care. Dr. Ferguson explains why he believes chiropractic must preserve the qualities that distinguish it from physiotherapy, osteopathy and other healthcare professions. He identifies three essential components of excellent chiropractic care: a clear philosophy, a thorough system of analysis and exceptional force application. The conversation also explores the responsibility of chiropractors to continue developing beyond graduation, the challenges facing newer practitioners, the importance of mentorship and why every chiropractor must take ownership of mastering their craft. This is a direct and thought-provoking conversation about honouring chiropractic’s history while ensuring the profession has a meaningful and distinctive future. Topics discussed include: · What Dr. Ferguson believes is wrong with chiropractic today · Why the adjustment must remain central to chiropractic practice · Dr. Ferguson’s introduction to chiropractic and his decision to enter the profession · Graduating during the aftermath of the Wilk antitrust case · The historical straight-versus-mixer debate · Why chiropractic philosophy creates professional distinction · Dr. Ferguson’s hybrid approach to patient care · Incorporating complementary therapies without diminishing chiropractic · The danger of chiropractic becoming indistinguishable from other professions · The importance of analysis before delivering an adjustment · Why specificity and force application matter · Developing confidence and certainty as an adjuster · The responsibility of chiropractors to continue learning after graduation · Finding mentors and investing in technique seminars · Why mastery requires lifelong practice · Concerns about chiropractic education, regulation and research · Where the profession may be headed over the next decade · The difficult choices facing graduates who feel unprepared for practice · Why chiropractic cannot simply be redefined to match a practitioner’s education · The business lesson Dr. Ferguson wishes he had learned earlier · Understanding the true cost of delivering an adjustment Guest Bio Dr. Brian Ferguson graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1992 and has spent more than three decades in practice. Throughout his career, he has pursued extensive continuing education in chiropractic analysis, adjusting techniques, rehabilitation and complementary approaches to patient care. His practice combines adjustment-focused chiropractic care with additional services designed to address the broader needs of his patients. Despite incorporating a range of tools and approaches, Dr. Ferguson remains committed to ensuring that chiropractic philosophy, careful analysis and a skilled adjustment remain the foundation of every patient’s care. He is also actively involved with the Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic as the current board chair and is a strong advocate for preserving the distinct identity of the chiropractic profession. Key Takeaway Chiropractic’s future depends on chiropractors who understand what makes the profession unique—and who are willing to invest the time, effort and resources required to become exceptional at delivering it. As Dr. Ferguson emphasizes, graduation is not the end of a chiropractor’s education. Developing mastery requires mentorship, repetition, continuing education and a lifelong commitment to improving the quality of every adjustment.

Beyond The Adjustment Ep. 006 | Dr. Devin Vrana: The Chiropractor Must Be Adjusted First

What separates a good chiropractor from a great one? For Dr. Devin Vrana, it starts with getting out of the way. Dr. Devin shares her belief that the greatest chiropractors are not focused on being great themselves—they become conduits for something bigger. They check their egos, stay connected to the person on the table and genuinely live the principle that the power that made the body heals the body. The conversation explores why chiropractic may still fall short of its full potential, why the profession must stop trying so hard to fit in, and why the future of chiropractic begins with chiropractors themselves. Dr. Devin also opens up about an issue that affects many chiropractors but is not discussed nearly enough: exhaustion. When the chiropractor is tired, the message becomes tired. The adjustments become tired. The energy of the practice changes. Her message is simple: we cannot give what we do not have. From getting adjusted ourselves and reconnecting with our purpose to learning when to say no, protecting our families and finding a healthier rhythm between practice and life, this conversation challenges chiropractors to look inward. Dr. Devin also shares her own evolution as a mother and chiropractor. After years of building a high-volume practice and serving hundreds of people each week, she began asking harder questions about the legacy she was creating at home. Her perspective on success, balance and service has continued to evolve—and her honesty will resonate with chiropractors at every stage of practice. This episode is a reminder that the revival of chiropractic does not begin somewhere else. It begins with the chiropractor. Topics discussed include: · What separates a good chiropractor from a truly great one · Why the greatest chiropractors learn to get their ego out of the way · Living chiropractic as a way of being—not simply a profession · Why the gap between chiropractic’s potential and its current impact begins with chiropractors themselves · The danger of trying too hard to fit in or gain acceptance · Why chiropractic has historically been a profession of renegades and disruptors · The importance of embracing what makes chiropractic unique · Why fear, fatigue and playing it safe may be holding the profession back · How exhaustion can affect your message, your adjustments and your entire practice · Why chiropractors need to receive the same care they encourage their patients to receive · The importance of congruency between what we teach and how we live · Dr. Devin’s evolving perspective on motherhood, practice and balance · Why learning to say no can bring your life back into alignment · The difference between building a successful practice and building a meaningful life · The challenges facing women in chiropractic · Why working more hours is not always the answer · The importance of mentorship, humility and curiosity · How to reconnect with the fire that originally brought you into chiropractic · Why asking deeper questions can create profound personal and professional change · The power of chiropractors gathering together in person · Why community, connection and shared stories matter · The importance of putting yourself back “in the room” when your passion begins to fade Guest Bio: Dr. Devin Vrana is a philosophy-driven chiropractor, speaker, teacher and mother of five with a deep passion for chiropractic, family wellness and helping people reconnect with their God-given capacity to heal and thrive. Her work is rooted in a belief that chiropractic is about far more than pain relief. Through her practice, speaking, teaching and mentorship, she challenges chiropractors to reconnect with the foundational principles of the profession, do the inner work required to serve at a higher level and become more congruent with the message they share. Dr. Devin is the founder of The LightHouse in Wichita, Kansas, where her work emphasizes nervous-system-centred care for families, mothers, babies and children. She also teaches and mentors chiropractors through her work with Adjust the Adjustor, encouraging the profession to reconnect with its philosophy, purpose and inner fire. Hosted by Dr. Chad Mykietiuk, the show features conversations with chiropractors, educators, leaders, and innovators discussing practice, philosophy, leadership, nervous system health, personal growth, and the impact chiropractic can have on individuals, families, and communities.
