    In the eighth and final episode of the spring we are joined with SAGU women's basketball star, Rylee Lavender. We get to hear some of her crazy stories from her freshman year of college when she suffered from an eating disorder. We also talked about body image and the dangers of social media to someone's mental health. We share the words of men's basketball star, Philbert Weekes as he has known the mental battle of fueling your body what it needs to be successful as an athlete.     In the seventh episode we take a different approach to discovering the in and outs of this weeks topic: Substance Use Disorder.
