Grateful & Excited for More

I’m currently doing both DBT Group Therapy and one-on-one therapy. There are times when I leave my sessions with questions that I’m unable to articulate due to the intensity of my emotional state. This podcast not only goes into great detail about very important aspects of living with BPD, but it goes even further by providing specific and relatable examples that gives me a sense of validation that I seldom find in my therapy sessions.

Excellent info and relatable host

Super grateful with this podcast. As someone living with BPD these episodes are extremely helpful, especially the one in which you walk through the ABC PLEASE skills. The host has a relatable and thoughtful approach to sharing her experiences (even on difficult topics), which makes the episodes interesting and easy to listen to. Kudos!
