All about JEALOUSY and BPD!
Warning! This episode is me rambling a lot. That said I do my best to take on a topic suggested by listeners - Jealousy and BPD. As always I share tips, tools, strategies and real life examples of my own ( as a person with BPD who gets jealous) ... of feeling jealousy and figuring out how deal with it. Beyond the Borderline is an excellent podcast! It’s really helped me to hear the perspective of someone WITH bpd and not just a therapist sharing their experience. What we need is real experience, and this podcast does just that! Thank you!
Thank you so much
This was extremely helpful please keep making episodes.
Grateful & Excited for More
I’m currently doing both DBT Group Therapy and one-on-one therapy. There are times when I leave my sessions with questions that I’m unable to articulate due to the intensity of my emotional state. This podcast not only goes into great detail about very important aspects of living with BPD, but it goes even further by providing specific and relatable examples that gives me a sense of validation that I seldom find in my therapy sessions.
