    F3 State Of The Nation 2025

    In the first episode of Beyond The COT of 2025, Steam brings you an overview of the 2025 F3 State Of The Nation, in which the Nation’s leadership team shares the vision and plan for this year. You can watch the whole thing (about 1 hour) on YouTube here. This is not the first time that Steam has introduced a powerful AO tool on the show - Google NotebookLM.     Steam brings some perspective and “the why” behind the 2024 F3 Knoxville Leadership Survey. Earlier this week, our Regional Direction Team (RDT) consisting of F3 Knoxville’s Nantan (Mermaid), Weasel Shaker (Pele), Comz Q (Steam), 1st F Q (Butterknife), 2nd F Q (Eliza), and 3rd F Q (Borg) sent out the 2024 Leadership Survey. There are three primary reasons for sending this out: * To identify and better understand the leadership development needs and desires of PAX in F3 Knoxville. * Once we identify the leadership development needs and desires of PAX in F3 Knoxville, we, in partnership with the SLT (Shared Leadership Team) can more purposefully articulate and create LDP opportunities for our region. * Once #1 and #2 happen, we can more effectively empower PAX in the region to step into leadership roles, strengthening the leadership culture and process. Great leaders are always strategically working themselves out of a job, paving the next 43 feet of road in front of them for the next man.     After a character-building workout in 90+ degree heat, Steam, Brick, and Pusher circled the wagons to discuss F3 Knoxville’s two newest AOs (Areas of Operation), which are launching next week. Both AOs have been in a three-month test phase to evaluate the potentiality of moving into full-blown AO status - and it has gone exceedingly well. Here’s the fast facts about each of these two new AOs: Genesis Ruck AO - Genesis Ruck is F3 Knoxville’s premier AO for ruck-based strength training and conditioning - AOQ: Steam - Day/Time: Mondays from 5:15am - 6:15am - Location: West Hills Park (Parking lot below the YMCA outdoor pool) - Launch: Monday, September 2nd - 7:00am - 8:00am ruck workout - Coffeteria on-site immediately following the COT Bluegrass PM AO (Name pending) - Bluegrass PM will be the second consistent PM workout offering for F3 Knoxville - AOQ: Pusher - Day/Time: Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 6:45pm - Location: Bluegrass Elementary School (parking lot by the playground) - Launch: Wednesday, September 4th - 6:00pm - 6:45pm bootcamp style workout - Board Meeting celebration on-site immediately following the COT These men have worked tremendously hard to get both AOs up and running and we hope you’ll be able to join them on their respective launch days or someday soon.     The QSource AO

    In the latest edition of the BTC Podcast, Steam and Borg connect to discuss the newest AO addition to F3 Knoxville — the QSource AO. Borg shares the heart behind “the why” of this new AO and some of the desired outcomes. The QSource, written by David “Dredd” Redding, is the F3 Manual of Virtuous Leadership. Steam shares his experience posting downrange in F3 Metro last week, where he was able to attend a QSource AO with one of the founders of F3, Dredd. The QSource AO will launch this Sunday, July 28th, at 6am at Lakeshore Park. The plan is to meet from 6am - 7:15am and discuss Q3.2 from the QSource, on Mutual Competence.
