    For Rent By Owner - Have a 2nd Property or Investment Property?

    24 million people say they have little to no chance to pay their rent this month.   NAR says 26% of adults (18+) are were not able to make last months rent or mortgage payment & have no confidence they can pay their next payment.   Where is our market headed?  How does a landlord continue to maximize their investment?  How do they continue to pay their own obligations to provide safe & affordable housing?

    Forebearance Is Not Forgiveness

    We have 6.6 million people that have gone into forebearance.  This is just on government loans.  Banks are not telling you what the options are.   If you are someone who went into forebearance please know that it is not forgiveness.  Those 90 days are almost up!  If you could not make 1 payment at that time how are you going to make 3, 4, 5 payments all in a lump sum now?

    Should You Pay For A Home Inspection?

    Whether you are buying your first home or your last, a home inspection is a great way to find out what if any issues there are with the home.  Remember, there is always a way to fix something or resolve an issue.   If you are selling a home, think about doing a pre-list home inspection.  It may allow you to find some small issues and get them corrected!
