Richelle Rawlings-Carroll is a historian who has lived in Sweetwater County for most of her life. She is a member of the Sweetwater County Museum Board of Directors and works as an Administrative Assistant at the Rock Springs Historical Museum. Richelle completed her BA with dual degrees in History and African American Studies with a minor in Museum Studies at the University of Wyoming.
