Listened to “Office Politics”. Great podcasting voice! Easy to listen to and very soothing. There is an ease and understanding to your tone.
Enjoyed this episode with John Daniel. Very interested in human behavior and found his perspective interesting. It’s good to reframe the way we think about politics. To start to see it as a good thing. Self awareness is so key. I liked how he says “It’s not about you.”

Golden Nuggets of Wisdom
Dr. Candace is a great host with great advice to help navigate the minefield that is today’s workplace. She makes you feel like you’re getting advice from a trusted friend as she guides the listener and guest speaker through each episode. The best nugget of wisdom I’ve gotten so far has been to reframe how we look at conflict into a positive experience of two different ideas meeting each other in the same space. It’s great to hear from different generations to get their perspectives as we usually get stuck in our own heads. This podcast is GOLDEN and a much needed listen!
