Taj is an author, speaker, and founder of 'Thrive After Sports' an organization who helps athletes transition out of their sport and into their new competition. As an athlete transition coach, Taj shared some of his big takeaways on why athletes struggle after their playing days. He gives us tips to become proactive and steps we can all take to thrive after sports.
