Deep dives and practical advice

I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the hosts and their guests in addressing the nuance associated with social media and medicine. I loved the interview with Dr. Matt Katz, focusing on the “why” of participating before engaging online and being patient-focused throughout. While each social media platform has its advantages and disadvantages, it was good to hear from Dr.Katz in confirming that insights gleaned through tweetchats among patients and healthcare participants generated usable information for clinical application. This podcast brought to life how social media can inform and supplement a healthcare provider’s practice. Great job.
