Validating

As someone who lives with mental illnesses and is a fan of the Harry Potter series, I love how this podcasts validates people living in a myriad of different situations. The hosts are always sensitive, but honest when discussing difficult topics. I also like how the podcast brings up how disability and mental illness can intersect with other identities such as gender. Additionally, I really love the anonymous stories at the end. The whispers remind me how much I forget that other people are hurting, too, even when I can’t always see it. Finally, the music used in the podcast is so soothing. Overall, I can’t wait to listen to more episodes. Great job!

Great for connecting personal experience with HP

Just listened to episodes 5 + 6: amazing! Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!

I’ve only listened to the first 4 episodes (1st was a short intro). Great conversations- I’d like these to go even more in-depth/maybe longer (maybe they do later) but the current format is good. Maybe have a therapist or two help dissect some issues but, over-all, I love this concept! Let’s talk about mental health! ❤️
