She is the International Program Director at Stand.earth and the Chair of the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty Initiative, which outlines a plan to stop the expansion of fossil fuels and fast-track green solutions. Chief Robert Joseph is the Ambassador for Reconciliation Canada, and a member of the National Assembly of First Nations Elders Council. He’s also a residential school survivor, and an honourary witness to Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
