    Fruit of Malice | BPS9 E08

Title: The Fruit of Malice: When Unforgiveness Turns Strategic Anchor Text: Ephesians 4:31 Contemporary Quote: *"Bitterness is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die." — Nelson Mandela; Saint Augustine, etc. Leaders who act with malice often: Exploit systems to harm others subtly.Rationalize vengeance as justice.Mask hostility with political or spiritual language.Malice leads to toxic leadership cultures, broken trust, and divisive ministries.  Ask yourself: Are there people you have “written off” in your heart?Have you used position or influence to harm rather than heal?Today, release that malice. Ask the Holy Spirit to search your motives. Choose to forgive, not because they deserve it, but because you were forgiven (Ephesians 4:31-32). Fruit of Offense | BPS9 E07

Title: The Fruit of Offense: The Seed of Unforgiveness in Absalom Anchor Text: Proverbs 19:11 Contemporary Quote: *"Holding a grudge doesn’t make you strong; it makes you bitter. Forgiving doesn’t make you weak; it sets you free." — Dave Willis Offense is often the unseen seed of disunity. Many leaders, like Absalom, may appear calm on the outside while they harbor unresolved hurt within. This silent offense poisons relationships, weakens ministries, and eventually explodes in destructive behavior. A godly leader processes offense through prayer, wise counsel, and the Word—not through silence and scheming. Search your heart: Are you harboring silent offenses?Has a leader or sibling in ministry hurt you?Are you masking bitterness behind silence?Bring that pain to God. Speak truth in love. Ask the Lord for the grace to forgive before offense turns into hatred. Don’t let silence become sin.  Recognitions Music: Nathaniel Bassey Pastor Fola Ogundipe, The Voice of Truth Ministries, Mount View, Minneapolis, USA    Olive Tree Bible App Bible versions: AMPC, NLT, NIV, KJV Commentary / Study Bibles: McArthur, Quest SBN, Thompson Chain Reference, NKJV SBN, Chronological LASB NLT References & Further Readings Keller, T. Choosing the Path of Peace | BPS9 E05

Title: Choosing the Path of Peace: David’s Pursuit of Reconciliation with Saul Anchor Text: Romans 12:18 Contemporary Quote: *"Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of God no matter the conflict." — Unknown & John 14:27; Phi. 4:7 In times of conflict—whether among colleagues, church members, or adversaries—Christian leaders must be the first to pursue reconciliation. David teaches us that peacemaking is proactive, not reactive. He reached out to Saul, spoke with respect, and appealed to God's justice rather than taking revenge into his own hands. True leaders resolve rather than escalate. They sow peace even when surrounded by war. Are there people in your life or ministry with whom peace has been broken? Ask yourself: Have I done everything within my power to pursue reconciliation?Am I waiting for others to make the first move, or will I lead by reaching out?
