They will talk about how the newest members will play their first season! Who will come to see them, and who will they visit in the inaugural year?

They will also get onto the topic of the ability of these new mega-conferences to logistically have all the sports reside in the same conference as football & basketball.

Is it feasible or did the current Ohio St. offensive coordinator have the right idea, and football should be treated as its own animal?

They have a final thought and report of the Transfer Portal, as the window closed as we hit May!

Dalton & Sam have a TON to talk about even though it's only TWO topics!



The first round of the #NFLDraft was last night, and the guys are talking about the 4 "old" #B1G players selected.

How will they fare in the league, and their teams? Also, a former conference player who isn't very happy & confused with his team's selection in the first round.



They will then move to the Transfer Portal for men's and women's basketball.B1G teams are gaining players, losing players, and maybe FINALLY(?) dipping a toe into the portal!

Dalton & Sam are talking about #B1G teams who are
working the portal or have been affected heavily by the portal movement.                                                   



Which teams are making moves and which teams will be THAT MUCH better than they were?



Also, Dalton presents the conversation he and Sam had, over text, about what style of team, going forward, will be the likely programs to win national championships (mostly portal adds v. recruited).

 

The guys wrap up the show by talking about the women's portal and who is making waves.



Lastly, the guys reveal the new B1G Talk logo, since the next major season will have 4 NEW teams in the conference!

Dalton & Sam are talking about each of the men's & women's NCAA Tournament Championship games (Iowa in the women's & Purdue in the men's).



What did Sam, as a Purdue fan, go through as the Boilermakers made their appearance in the Final Four, and the National Championship?



How about Iowa, on the women's side?!

18+ MILLION people watched the game, with a peak viewership of over 24 million!

What factors go into retaining those numbers? Has the women's game done enough to raise interest in their game to capture the "casual" fan to have them tune in regularly?

Purdue is going to Phoenix after a win over Tennessee in the regional
championship game!

Dalton & Sam will talk about how the conference fared
during the #NCAATournament and look at what the Hawkeyes & Boilermakers
need to do to advance and THEN cut the nets down!
