Brilliant Betsy

This podcast has been the best by far on this topic….as an ED sufferer, I’ve searched high and low for this kind of a podcast and Betsy has a way of breaking down things. The shedding of what we hold underneath the disorder seems to be her focus, which is brilliantly recognized in some form in each of her episodes. She has also inspired me to go back to school to get my master’s in counseling. As a Christian woman, I do love her sharing that side of herself as well when needed. Keep podcasting, Betsy! ❤️

Great insights

I’ve been loving this podcast and it truly has felt like it’s helping to change my thinking around my binge eating. All of her ideas really make sense and have helped me to uncover things that haven’t been uncovered in any therapy I’ve had.
