Soooo good!!!

Thank you!! So happy I found this podcast, next best thing to having sessions with a nutritionist face to face.. no diet dogma, no restrictive rules, just common sense whole food nutrition and habits and mental wellness discussed!!! Thank you

How did I get to 54 years of age and never learn these things!

I’ve only discovered this podcast 2 days ago, but wow...I am amazed at the simplicity with which concepts are presented. I’ve been addicted to good my entire life and meant to feel shame for my relationship with food and my weight. I’ve come so far from beating myself up in the past 5 years or so, but binge eating still happens occasionally. I NEED to listen to these podcasts every day because I am ready to leave this behavior in the past and live free from guilt and remorse. Thank you!
