    The very wicked ALS. It is one thing to hear about it, quite another to read about someone famous being stuck down by "Lou Gehrig's Disease". I was not prepared for visiting my sister-in-law in Stage 2 ALS.

    Another retirement

    Finally, after officially being diagnosed as Bipolar-2, I am retiring from my fourth career to concentrate on podcasting and writing my 9th book. I will now be known as "Bipolar Dad" and the new book is "Orbits".

    So much chatter and so much attention diversion. Makes this ADHD-Dad dizzy. Add a lifelong struggle with Bipolar Disorder and you can find many thoughts are TOO many.

    Four Bipolar Symptoms

    Since my fourth retirement, I am focusing on three podcasts and Substack. I am also finishing up my 9th book, "Orbits" (Amazon).     Avoid the awkward silence

    When the discussions about mental health develop, the volume decreases. Kind of like it is a secret.  We need to jump the stigma hurdle and talk, talk, talk about this.
