Please fix the episodes with mic issues!!

I was thrilled to find this podcast because the content is STELLAR! The first few episodes all had mic issues but they were relatively minor and I was expecting that they would get worked out as time went on. Unfortunately, I am at the 4th episode and the mic issues are SO bad that my ears feel like they are bleeding! It is such a shame because Susan Jenkins is a gem and I am SO interested but can only hear her if I turn it up to the point where the interviewer is so loud that my ears hurt. Also, the background tapping and knocking is incessant and unbearable. And I am not sensitive to background noise! Could someone please let me know at which episode the sound gets worked out? I cannot continue to listen to such poorly recorded episodes - too painful! I gave 5 stars for content with the assumption that it eventually gets worked out. In the meantime, it would be worth it for the interviewer to have some proper editing done on these episodes to make them listenable. I am sure you are losing many people who try to listen from the beginning.

Mind blowing!

You’ll never view birth the same way again. Absolutely phenomenal work done on this show, and by the woman in charge. This is how women can finally be heard, and how future births can be different. Educate yourselves. ❤️

I didn't start listening until after 7 episodes were available and I binge-listened to all of them within two days. I love all of the different perspectives Cristen brings in--midwife, doula, consumers, advocates, attorney, obstetrician,...--that gives a well-rounded view of the importance of birth options, the need for respect in maternity care, and the necessity for everyone to understand and protect women's and families' rights in childbirth.
