Amazing
I’ve only listened to the first season of Magical Girls so far, but it was so amazing that it felt like I was watching a real anime. I felt so attached to the characters, and so invested in their success…
And the ending was so terribly bittersweet that I almost cried; almost felt so terribly depressed at the finale.
I desperately want more of this.

I have just finished the first season of Seventh Sea, and have started Cthulhu and am blown away with the magnificent performances in this podcast. The editing is sharp and the Improv skills of the actors are masterful! With so many Actual Play podcasts it’s hard to find groups that make the story so compelling you forget the dice rolls. With Bits before Crits I’m enraptured with the episodes and would love to see these tales on the big screen!
Highly addictive
They run a different campaign about every 13 episodes or so, but somehow manage to pull you in each season. I’m only 3 seasons in, but I’m cautiously** excited about marathoning another one.
**Their DM some how got me invested in a npc’s subplot in Vampire’s 2nd season & I now have a whole new level of trust issues. The Magical Girl season finale only compounded these issues. (But I’m going back for more💖)
