Surely CHANT & SONG is a technology used to maintain at the backdrop of state-sanctioned horror. And those that employ this sacred technology are practitioners, not of survival, but of life’s truest rhythm… love. Therefore, the Black predecessors who escape into the night and chant and sing alongside crickets in the marsh converge in this sacred knowing.
