Marvin is unique both inside and outside of his industry because he is very much himself. To me, I get value from Marvin because he shows up authentically. The word authentic easily passed around, confused, and touching on irrelevancy, but with Marvin he’s so very clearly searching and discovering the world through his podcasts that I dare to use the term, Authentic. I recommend this podcast the same as I’d recommend anything Marvin touches. Here are a few words that come to mind when I think of Marvin: Careful, deep, engaged, powerful, kind, meaningful, curious, learned. For these and more reasons I challenge you to listen to this podcast and the other podcasts Marvin frequents. I am glad to have become acquainted and built a learning relationship with Marvin. I am a fan. I ask you to invest in yourself and listen to this podcast.

I have been in listening to a lot of books and podcasts this off season of 23-24. I listened to the episode with Chad Buck and his story. The biggest thing I took away from him is to be happy with a certain level and hone that level to perfection. Don’t worry about what your competitors are getting into, find what works for you and hone it to perfection. You don’t have to be the biggest to be the best. I think this off season is very pivotal for my company. It needs honing I know it’s rough. I now want to begin the honing process. That’s my mission for the next season, get my company to the greatness it can be.
