Blah Blah Black Sheep Sophie Hilaire

Sophie Hilaire has created a DIY podcast on how to live our most empowered lives and teaches us how to build them from the ground up - from wherever we are and with whatever we have. By weaving personal stories of triumph, grit, pain, loss and ultimately Self-Love, our courageous hostess inspires us to reclaim our own self-sovereignty. As a life-long artist and mystic, I’ve always gone with the flow and where inspiration beckons. This has led me to incredible people, places and things, but also without a real sense of ballast, rootedness or inner knowing that I could make waves (or even ripples) in the material world. Sophie laid my inner victim voices to rest and challenged me to roll up my sleeves, not wait for any imaginary ship to come in, and instead, build that vessel myself. Her “I can do anything” energy has been infectious and nothing short of life-changing. This is one Shepard I will happily follow to greener pastures!
