Real interesting, but the audio quality isn’t

For real, this podcast is very interesting and I listened to every single one. The first “season” about Jill Wells however SOUNDS HORRENDOUS. The music is sickeningly loud, the 911 calls are very fuzzy and loud and then once the reporter or any interviewed person starts talking it is SO QUIET. seriously, so annoying to have adjust the Audio so much. Other than that, interesting story and great detective work. The second season is way more audibly enjoyable.

I am really enjoying the podcast and find the cases very interesting. Big problem with audio when listening to the interview very hard to understand. Keep up the good work

Terrible audio

Allow me to add my voice to the chorus of those saying the audio in the Jill Wells podcasts (all I have listened to so far) is terrible. One voice in an interview is normal, the other is inaudible, so you turn it up and get blasted out of your seat (or your eardrums blown out if you’re using earbuds) when the other person starts talking agin, to it shifts to a bumper. Ever heard of sound leveling?

The case and content are interesting so I wish I could give this a split evaluation on the star rating, but the audio is so bad I can only give it two stars, and that’s being generous. Plus, it seems someone could have corrected this by now based on the reviews.
