Go Georgia, Go!!

Educational, inviting and inspiring. Georgia brings light to this illness (of which many people are uninformed on) with grace and openness. Anyone who is suffering, knows someone or just is looking for clarity on Lyme will greatly benefit from listening to her and her guest speakers. 💪🏼💚

Five big blue stars all the way! :)

I recently started listening to podcasts to see if I could benefit or grow from doing so.
I’ve been struggling to overcome Lyme disease for nearly 15 years and just received a dx about two years ago (@ 26 years of age). I am currently in the worst physical state that I have been in to date. For some reason, my mental and emotional states have both been steadily increasing, though. I believe listening to this podcast and applying the strategies and tips has been a source for that increase. Being isolated and living alone can come with some major ups and downs, however. So, it has been a bumpy road nonetheless. One not so great aspect, is that I cannot receive treatment until the clinic I was being scheduled for reopens (& have been continuously herxing for months on end). My pcp gave me a shot of ceftrioxone that helped very briefly, and now I’m right back to where I started.
On a happier and more positive note, finding this podcast has had such an amazing impact on my SOUL. The topics and conversations discussed are seriously, perfectly in line with what I am experiencing and/or have experienced in the past. I have steadily listened to nearly all of them already, just this weekend, and so excited to hear what comes next!!!
If I can think of any ideas for future discussions then I would like to contribute in some way shape or form (god willing and body/ mind permitting of course)!
I also recently added you amazing humans as friends on Instagram as that is my social media preference and appreciate how they are mentioned in the bios. It’s so wonderful knowing that I can relate so deeply to others (without really even knowing them yet)... but would truly love to start conversations at some point if possible. I’m interested in sharing more of my story but have yet to even bring lyme into the light on my own personal page...
I’m always looking to meet new people to share our experiences, tricks, hacks, tips, advice, an ear to listen, friendship and love with one another!
Thank you Georgia (& friends) so very much for creating this life changing podcast and for all that you are doing. I feel empowered and grateful having found y’all!
Life sure is a journey! A crazy beautiful one. Stay well,
Saphire xoxo
