First time listener and I got a blink ad and I had to check if I was listening to something I’d be hearing commentary about, an actual ad, or parody because I couldn’t believe an ad for an Amazon surveillance system was being served on this podcast.

While being a fun podcast to listen to, it is often extremely bias, suggesting things like “Europeans brought slavery to Africa” and vilifying/venerating different sides instead of giving a pace by pace of what actually happened. America and the west almost always being the villain.

I listened to several episodes about the Iraq War and they were so historically inaccurate that I had to stop listening. Anyone can host a podcast, but few can say they lived it. Certainly, an editor and a comedian didn’t live anything that they are discussing. But, they can carve away at reality by lying.
