ServiceTitan: Home Services Software Juggernaut w/ Chris Hunter and Jackie Aubel

To say Service Titan is taking over the software side of the home service industries would be a vast understatement. Now with a valuation of roughly $10 Billion, the company continues to expand into new industries and come out with new innovations.
However, in this fast growth has come a lot of mythologies and misconceptions about what Service Titan can and cannot do, and more importantly, who is of the right size company to use it.
We sat down with Jackie Aubel, host of Service Titan's Tool Box for the Trades Podcast, and Chris Hunter, former HVAC owner of Hunter Super Techs, and now Director of Customer Relations at Service Titan to help business owners and managers who Service Titan is good for and how it can help grow and scale a business.

Ego: Panel Discussion with Ken Midgett and Bruce DeLoatch

Ego: Panel Discussion with Ken Midgett and Bruce DeLoatch

Ego. It's a loaded and often misunderstood concept. It's important to have enough to have the drive and confidence to be a high performer. However, too much and we alienate people. Too little ego and we shrink at the hard challenges of life because we think we are not smart or talented enough to make things happen. It's a fine line when "controlling" our ego. We had a great panel this with Ken Midgett, nationally recognized instructor in the plumbing trade and Bruce DeLoatch, our resident philosopher and IICRC instructor.
