They are first year students learning to walk in the ever changing and competitive world of media - cut them breaks and let them cook. I suggest you marinate on that.

I see this series of exercises being something that, once they spend a decade in their careers, they look on and realize how far and polished they got over time.
No offense to “Mac”Kenzie - one half of the duo, but I know her co-host well. What I can say is that she has a commitment to the industry. She has knowledge and drive to get involved with different aspects of the industry - she often references them.
Tristyn AKA SgtBattle4 in the OilersNation Universe, has the look of the stereotypical radio personality. He looks nothing like he sounds. The dulcet tones of his soft-spoken voice do not match his exterior. So, to get a chance to put the person to the voice, you definitely should see any of their live shows. He also does a solid job as the host, moving the topics in a natural, unforced way.
