This is the sixth in a series of her conversations with Robert Rickover about her discoveries. Robert is an Alexander Technique teacher in Omaha, Nebraska. In this conversation, Amanda and Robert discuss the importance of this new perspective for Alexander Technique teachers and students today.

Most informative podcast on AT

I do like this podcast a lot. Occasionally Robert will re-broadcast an Alexander technique related interview that he didn’t conduct because he found it would benefit the listener.

I do desperately wish for one thing though. The recording equipment used is subpar because compared to other top 50 podcasts I listen to, I hear a buzz from the microphone Robert uses to record in on pretty much every episode.

Also, for the sake of exposing Alexander technique a bit more to a wider audience, getting the word out on others’ AT workshops, whether residential or one day long, would be great. I attended a fantastic one in Malibu in late December. I think this would have been a perfect opportunity for Robert to interview one or many of those teachers.

These podcasts are wonderful! It's SO refreshing to hear intelligent discussions about the Alexander Technique. I think they are must listening for Alexander teachers and students - and they are a great way for others to learn about this amazing method. I can't wait till the next episode - thanks for doing this Robert!
