Freia relates to a wide range of people; average, skinny, fat, performer, accountant, spouse, student, athlete, dancer, mechanic, writer, young, old, tall, short, whatever traits you have. She brings up somewhat “taboo” topics and is completely real every second she is speaking. This is such a complex topic, and she dives deep into the many layers that surround the core problem; trauma. These conversations will lead us all to a healthier and more educated mindset. So proud, happy, and amazed that she has created this safe space for all.✨💖
