Oh Baby! Episode 133 with Becky Coluntino - Owner Capstone Doula Services

Oh Baby! Episode 133 with Becky Coluntino - Owner Capstone Doula Services

Becky has been an Occupational Therapist in the Boston area for 13 years.
On this episode she shares her experiences working in hospitals at the time of the Boston Marathon Bombings (actually having to move patients into the new Spaulding Facility at the time) and then as a doula working with pregnant clients during the Pandemic.
Becky used the servies of a Doula for her first pregnancy and found it to be very helpful. Once the pandemic hit, her family members, out of concern for her health were urging her to leave the hospital.
Within no time, she knew just which direction to go.  She began her path to becoming a Doula, helping couples with their pregnancy and post-partum journeys. She found that many of the tools she was using with Occupational Therapy were easily transferrable to this new career!
She is a mom to 2 young children and the owner of Capstone Doula Services.  She helps new moms and their partners with childbirth, post-partum and infant education and care. Becky has also started classes for Grandparents and C-section consults as well!

Episode 132 with Travel Agent Courtney Reeves

Episode 132 with Travel Agent Courtney Reeves

I'll admit I did not know that Travel Agents still existed and like most probably thought that "oh I can do this myself". My guest on this episode actually schooled me right away on that, dispelling the myth that travel agents cost more.  They actually don't cost anything and could SAVE you money on your trip.
Courtney shares the story of how she has always been a planner and found herself doing most of the work for her own travel agent when planning her honeymoon!
She shares some great tips on this episode on travel (especially during the busy holiday season), plus some useful apps and websites.

If not now, when? Bodymoons creator Julie White

If not now, when? Bodymoons creator Julie White

In June 2021, Julie invented a product to enhance the calf area of the body because she was not happy with hers (we are all our own worst critics, right?)
In March 2022, she hired a marketing expert to help build awareness of the product, and what happened next both scared and excited her! Jackelyn of Jackelyn Dacanay Consulting, after receiving the product, decided to wear them in her bra as opposed to on her leg, and VOILA, BODYMOONS™️ was born!
The moral of the story is she now has a product that can be worn on multiple body parts versus one, giving you the freedom to enhance yourself however and wherever YOU want. Your body, Your choice!
