Commercials are too often and too loud.

I started this last night and was immediately interested and pulled in HOWEVER I listen to podcasts while trying to sleep because it takes me a long time to drift off. I think I turned this off in less that 15 minutes because of two very loud ad breaks. I hope that changes, it’s a dealbreaker for me and the story and storytellers sounded really interesting.

Speculation bingo, indeed...

Rampant speculation, unreliable, biased narratation based on recolections from twenty plus years ago. Utter garbage.

Misrepresentation of Iowans

As a fellow Iowa gal who moved to NY after college around the same time as these events, the misrepresentation of Iowans as “dumb hicks” by the narrator is disgusting and false. No one…absolutely no kid in Iowa took field trips to look at hay. We visited museums, etc just like my son does with his school in NY (pre-COVID). Iowa universities produce countless engineers, scientists, lawyers, doctors, teachers and nurses every year. Crazy, for a bunch of toothless rednecks as described by Anne
