    Oof, warning I get emotional. This episode is HEAVY. I have had my brother, Jacob, on my mind all weekend and of course a book (A BOOK!) gets me caught up in my feels. In this episode I discuss how important it is for us to recognize that we, as humans, can hold both joy and sadness within us at the same time--- and it is okay! I also discuss how the incredible Dan Gemeinhart's new book "Coyote Lost and Found" brought me to my knees emotionally with a phrase I hope we all adopt: How Lucky Am I? So, how luck are you?
