Supreme Court made understandable!
The smart, passionate hosts of this podcast break down all the Court goings-on in a way everyone can understand. When I start to freak out about the latest rulings at least I can listen to Imani and Jessica give voice to the same concerns while they educate me and lay out all the implications of high court shenanigans. Appreciate them very much and I donated!
All Rise, Oh Yes Oh Yes!!!
Podcast Court is in session and Awesomeness is presiding. I borrowed six figures to spend four years in night law school and not a single professor, and I did have some excellent ones, did a better job of explaining the nuances of US law and theory than Jess and Imani. But this is no slog through the murky morass of arcane legal concepts. The law is explained in order to put it, most entertainingly, into the context of current events. This light of reason is fun, informative, badly needed and could not come at a better time. These two deserve lifetime appointments. But don't take my word for it, listen to an episode, Res Ipsa Loquitur!!
Brain explosion 🤯
Every episode makes my brain explode with the legal origami these women create with their words. To connect a case about pork production to the abortion struggle.
Very well researched and presented in a fun yet educational way is a gift! It also makes me a little freaked out every episode. We are in trouble with the Courts.
