    It's Okay To Have Regret

Why has having regrets become shameful, instead of normal?     What Is A Silver Lining and Why We Need To Stop Finding It For Others

    Speaking Your Truth: Helpful, Harmful, or Healing

    Start Where You Are Emotionally

    Send a text I often want to bypass the hard emotions in favor of the good ones like peace, joy, contentment. While there are fast hacks to get me from a place of disappointment to elation, those hacks don't create lasting self-evolution or teach me how to process emotion in helpful ways.     Let's process what it means to be split down the middle

    Stop Being Obsessed With Happiness
