    Multicultural Healing w/ Devoya

    On this episode of Boyz, Devoya  a cultural broker at the Holistic Cultural & Educational Wellness Health Center, and creator of The Happy Black Girl Project joins us to talk about healing through a multicultural lens.a program seeking to empower communities of color through a multicultural lens. The HCEWC offers yoga, zumba, gardening, and sewing classes for free as a way to reach and educate communities that would otherwise not seek mental health resources. Her work is rooted on the empowerment of communities, achieving wellness by looking at healing in a holistic (whole) manner. She also talks about the impacts of little, or negative representation in the media and how the Happy Black Girl Project is working to change those stereotypes.     Appreciating Uncertainty

    Ram is almost graduating with is Bachelor's is currently freaking out about the prospects after college. Paulina and Ram discuss their many revelations about their purpose and how much they have grown in face of their traumas.
