    Dr. Stanley K. Ridgley is a Clinical Professor of Management at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in International Relations from Duke University, and an International MBA from Temple University. His academic journey also includes studies at Moscow State University and the Institut de Gestion Sociale in Paris. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Ridgley served as a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer, spending five years in West Berlin and near the Czech-German border. His military service earned him the George S. Patton Award for Leadership from the 7th Army NCO Academy.   Dr. Ridgley's teaching focuses on global business policies, international business fundamentals, competitive intelligence, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. He is also the author and lecturer for The Great Courses series on Strategic Thinking Skills. His publications include "The Complete Guide to Business School Presentations" and "BRUTAL MINDS: The Dark World of Left-wing Brainwashing in Our Universities." Beyond Drexel, he has lectured internationally in countries such as Russia, India, France, Colombia, and Singapore.     Troy A. Miller is the President and CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), a role he has held since July 2022 after serving as interim CEO beginning in March 2019. With over 30 years of experience in management and business, Miller has led NRB through significant financial recovery, expanded its membership, and enhanced its programming, networking, and exhibition offerings. Under his leadership, the NRB International Christian Media Convention has become a vital platform for Christian communicators. Additionally, Miller serves as President and CEO of NRBTV, a position he has held since 2005. Before his tenure at NRB, Miller served in the U.S. Navy from 1983 to 1988, including time at Ingalls Shipyard and as part of the commissioning crew of the USS Bunker Hill.  He also held leadership roles at Gateway, Inc., where he contributed to the company's expansion into Europe and Asia, and served as Executive Vice President and COO of D. James Kennedy Ministries. Miller has spoken at seminars on strategic business planning, information technology integration, organizational development, and Christian apologetics, and has trained pastors in the Far East . He is married to Marsha Miller, and they have four children.     Unmasking Ventriloquism: A Christian's Perspective

    Taylor Mason is an American ventriloquist, comedian, and musician renowned for his family-friendly performances that blend humor, music, and the art of ventriloquism. Born on February 22, 1956, in Chicago, Mason was introduced to puppetry at the age of nine, a hobby he kept largely to himself during his youth. He pursued higher education at the University of Illinois, majoring in agriculture and communication, and later earned a master's degree in advertising from Northwestern University. While at the University of Illinois, Mason began performing as a disc jockey and stand-up comedian, incorporating music and ventriloquism into his act. His early career included performing at Chicago piano bars and serving as the musical director for The Second City Touring Company, where he worked alongside notable comedians such as Dan Castellaneta. In 1991, Mason gained national recognition by winning the grand prize on the television competition show Star Search.    Over the years, Mason has built a diverse career in comedy and entertainment, performing at venues ranging from comedy clubs and colleges to churches and Disney Cruise Line ships. He has appeared on numerous television programs, including Showtime specials, and authored two books on ventriloquism: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Ventriloquism and Irreversible, the latter offering a humorous recollection of his journey in the entertainment industry . Mason's commitment to clean, inclusive comedy has made him a sought-after performer for audiences of all ages, transcending demographics and niches.     Yakof Smirnoff: Russian, Comedian, Christian

    Yakov Smirnoff is a Soviet-born American comedian, actor, and writer who gained prominence in the 1980s with his unique brand of humor centered around the contrast between life in the United States and the Soviet Union. Born on January 24, 1951, in Odessa, then part of the Soviet Union (now Ukraine), Smirnoff emigrated to the U.S. in 1977. He began performing stand-up comedy while working as a bartender and took English classes to help refine his act. His signature line, "What a country!" became a catchphrase as he made appearances on major television shows and in films such as Moscow on the Hudson and The Money Pit.   In the 1990s, as the Cold War ended and the Soviet Union dissolved, interest in his trademark cultural comparison humor waned, but Smirnoff successfully reinvented himself. He earned a master's degree in psychology and continued performing, eventually opening his own theater in Branson, Missouri, where he developed a loyal following. Smirnoff also lectures on the subjects of happiness and relationships, blending comedy with insights from his academic studies.
