    Danielle is the founder of Living and Wellness events, an established spiritual teacher, intuitive, multidimensional healer and conscious channel for high dimensional beings of light. i met Danielle through her business when i attended an expo years ago. fast forward to a few months ago and i had the opportunity to represent yogfit as an exhibitor in my home tome. i didn’t know much about her except that she founded living and wellness and that she’s an experienced psychic and channeler. she had a lovely vibe when i met her and when she sent out an email to close out the year and list her upcoming events i felt compelled to invite her on the podcast. we had a beautiful chat about spirituality, guides, what channeling actually is and more about the work she does. she shared many stories and insights with someone like me who knows very little about that whole world but is genuinely curious to learn more. i hope you have as much fun listening as we did talking :)

    My dear friend, mr Josh and I can talk under water with a mouth full of marbles. He is such an inspiration and everytime we chat I leave better than I was. So down to earth with a heart of gold. He is the co founder of Lumina productions, telling heartfelt stories with his best mate, Kyle This was more of an interview than a convo because I believe his wisdom needed a stage.     ep15 Byron Dempsey

    Byron is the man who introduced me into the world of courses and programs. I remember back in 2021, investing $997 with him for a 12 week program and it honestly changed my life forever. He introduced me to Brent who introduced me to Michael and off the back of that I solo travelled accross the world twice to return home and start a business of my own, helping people with the very things I used to struggle with. Byron is the founder of Driven Young. He used to host programs for people in their 20s to connect and grow with eachother. He's since transitioned into hositng retreats for founders. This is actually a part 2. Part 1 was done back in 2022. We catch up on life and chat about what hes upto now and all the lessons hes learned along the way after taking over 1000 people through his programs.

    Jack has to be one of the happiest blokes I know. Often was reffered to as my twin when he had longer hair and a shorter beard and to top it off we have the same birthday. We chat about life, mental health, beers, girls, tell s****y jokes and plenty of laughs. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

    I was introduced to Nathan through a program that connects young entrepreneurs with local business owners for mentorship, and we hit it off instantly. Over multiple coffees we had some great down to earth conversations, not just about business but mindset and life too. I was stoked when he agreed to come onto the poddy and have a longer chat. Nathan is the director and chief of purpose at Panorama Business and Financial in Bathurst and an ex-International Rugby Union referee. Great bloke, lovely energy, and inspirational convos.     Michael was the first mentor I met face to face that I felt, could teach me the depth of knowledge I deeply desired. When it comes to the body, mind and soul, Michael has to be one of the best in the world. Hes been practicing for over 40 years and has taken an estimated 30,000 people through his breathwork sessions. His ability to explain things and answer the questions that come up in your head as he continues tlaking is a real super power. We talk breathwork, manifestation, why people are stuck, what people need and plenty more inbetween One of my fav eppisodes. Definately worth giving it a listen :)
