    This week Dr. Porter has an in-depth conversation with Adrea Brier – natural health practitioner since the 1970s. She believes cancer does not have to be a death sentence and that choosing your treatment carefully determines the outcome of the disease. For many years, she served as a senior advocate and veteran’s advocate in conventional medical systems; and for many decades, she has integrated holistic health within the conventional medical system. In 2006, Adrea was diagnosed with breast cancer. At that time, she shifted her focus to work on successfully conquering cancer with healthier approaches. She learned that cancer can be chronic and it was subsequent cancers - rather than the first primary cancer episode - that killed people so she felt it was necessary to address the underlying causes of cancer and address the disease itself in healthy ways that capitalized on the innate healing wisdom of the mind and body. Her cancer consulting practice evolved by demand from others to learn from her knowledge and personal experience in conquering personal cancer episodes.
