    In this solo episode, I wanted to share an update on what I’ve been up to since returning to Costa Rica. Despite some unexpected challenges upon returning from the States, including car troubles and power outages, I have had the opportunity to reflect on my personal growth, and how living in Costa Rica has taught me to navigate life's hiccups with humor and grace. As I head into this new season, I am embracing the slower pace of life that I currently am in.
