A weekly podcast about motorcycles, life, the universe, and everything else.
Episode 62 - Hydrophobia
In this episode of the Brap Talk Motorcycle Podcast, we start by talking about Jensen's recent on-track crash, where he broke his collarbone. This gets us into a conversation about the mental side of the sport, and probably why this podcast is going to come out late.
From there, we take a look at the new Suzuki GSX-S1000 street bike, as well as Valentino Rossi's decision to take money from the Saudi Arabian government. We finish the show with a fun discussion about our favorite bikes with different engine configurations.
Episode 61 - Two Guns Gonzales
Pardon our delay on this episode, it was 100% edited with a concussion...so, that was fun. We'll talk about that next show.
In this show we talk about riding the new Aprilia RSV4 superbike, our first impressions of the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250, and changing the entrenched culture of the motorcycle industry.
Episode 60 - Super Green
Episode 60 sees Jensen and Shahin talking about the debut of the Aprilia Tuono V4, which is well-timed as Jensen will soon be riding the newly updated RSV4 model.
The show also covers the updates to the MV Agusta 800cc lineup, and what this Italian brand can do to win the hearts and minds of US dealers, with special insights from Shahin.
We also discuss adaptive cruise control, the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP recall, and the sell-out of the KTM 1290 Super Duke RR.
It's a fun show. Give it a listen!
Episode 59 - Sweeping Alleys
Episode 59 is out! In this one, Jensen and Shahin talk about what it's like riding the Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660 on the track. We also discuss the Multistrada V4 engine recall, which is affecting Shahin's own personal bike, and then we talk about a Portland classic, the Alley Sweeper ride.
On the news side of things, we get an update on Oregon's lane sharing law; look at the April Fools jokes from around the industry (and why Jensen won't be at a Harley-Davidson launch anytime soon); and get our first taste of some new bikes from KTM and Suzuki (the KTM 1290 Super Duke RR and the Suzuki GSX-S1000). It's a packed show, so give it a listen.
Episode 58 - Sushi & Burritos
We talk a lot about the technical skills involved in being better at riding a motorcycle, but what about the mental skills? We get into that topic a bit on this episode of the Brap Talk motorcycle podcast.
We also dive into the very smart updates to the Alpinestars Tech 5 airbag vest, as well as the budding sector between motorcycles and bicycles in the two-wheeled industry. There is a little MotoGP talk in there as well.

Episode 57 - OW-02
In this episode we talk a great deal about what automatic gearboxes could mean for the motorcycle industry.
We then look at the news that Yamaha is bringing back the R7 name, and what a travesty that is about to be; that Damon Motors has raised a significant amount of investor capital; and what a 17" Multistrada V4 could mean for Ducati.
The best motorcycle industry podcast period. If you’re not listening you are missing out.
Two motorcycle authorities, one dirty butt
These gents constantly put out quality content and make it easy to still feel connected to the industry from anywhere. Jensen brings the flash and highfalutin moto journalist shenanigans and Shahin maintains the connection to the regular everyday enthusiast through years of dealership experience. Solid team.
Episode 59 made it seem Jensen is consciously dedicated to the dirty butt. How many Pro subscribers will it take for him to buy a bidet? Good TP doesn’t break apart. Do it.
