I love the topics discussed however my first time listening to the podcast the first thing I noticed was how softly Dr. Mariel speaks and I had to keep adjusting the volume when her guest would speak then when Dr Mariel would speak, which was frustrating.

As a psychologist, these topics have been missing from my training and are so vital, but also accessible to everyone. Dr. Buque provides deep and incisive wisdom with compassion and generously brings her whole self to each moment. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Wow! Absolutely love this content. Loved what you and Maria discussed about self betrayal. It resonated with me so much because I am the black sheep of my family and I feel like most times I get side eyed by my family. Their projections have impacted me so much I started to self destruct a little which was betrayal to myself. It was only when I found my soul family and drew clear boundaries with toxic people did I begin to shift my energy. Thank you for this information and I loved the sound bowl meditation at the end.
