Breaking 5 is a running podcast based on breaking 5 minutes in the mile. A goal I started dreaming up just about a year ago. It’s honestly a pretty ridiculous goal of mine, one of those goals you set that you don’t know if it’s possible but you’re crazy enough to go for it anyways. But here I am sharing this ridiculous goal and then deciding to name a podcast after it.
