Breaking 5 is a running podcast based on breaking 5 minutes in the mile. A goal I started dreaming up just about a year ago. It’s honestly a pretty ridiculous goal of mine, one of those goals you set that you don’t know if it’s possible but you’re crazy enough to go for it anyways. But here I am sharing this ridiculous goal and then deciding to name a podcast after it. I will be interviewing other coaches, healthcare professionals, runners with inspiring stories and knowledge to help other runners benefit from their insight and knowledge and to overall stay inspired in the journey.

Favorite running podcast!!

Definitely one of my favorite running podcasts! I’ve learned so much about running from Kristen! She is a life long runner and definitely knows her stuff as a physical therapist! Definitely check it out!
