This is essential listening for Fitpros

Excellent podcast! Christine walks the walk when it comes to inclusive fitness and gym ownership. Each episode is a bite-size look into how fitness instructors can make adjustments to their teaching that add up to help people of all sizes and abilities feel comfortable and successful in their classes—and more likely to return. I’m a member of Christine’s studio, Pop Fit, so I can confirm that these are all tactics she uses in her own business—and it works. Christine is the voice of the future of inclusive fitness!
