She is the founder of Shame-Free Fitness: a continuing education course for fit pros who are committed to doing things differently within the industry. Other services include virtual Intuitive Eating coaching and facilitating workshops for teams, businesses, non-profits, gyms, studios, and other community groups. Sadie also teaches weekly in-person Zumba & Aqua Zumba classes and is a personal and small-group trainer locally in Asheville, NC.
