Both women are former New England Patriots  Cheerleaders, but beyond the poms, Nicolette is a middle school special education guidance counselor and Alicia is a physical therapist. After 2 amazing seasons on the team, the ladies weren’t quite done with cheer. They were looking to mentor aspiring pro cheerleaders and were inspired to create a coaching business helping candidates present their best self on paper in their resume, cover letter, and photo submissions. Breaking Formation is so excited to be in attendance and will be joining the virtual convention on day one at 11 am PST and 2 pm EST.
