Hope this isn’t too weird but this is Joe McMahon’s sister. I follow Lael on Insta and Twitter and saw the pod and was intrigued by the 10 minute length. Very relatable in that I also hate harsh overhead lighting, love robes, and also read an empaths survival guide (also the lighting thing could be related). 10/10!
