We were handed a lot of rules. Nobody said we had to keep them. Keep the peace. Put everyone else first. Be the bigger person. Act your age. Don’t start over. Breaking the Rules takes on the unwritten rules women have been handed about motherhood, marriage, friendships, careers, grief, aging and everything in between—and asks one question: Does this rule deserve to survive? Some we’ll keep. Some we’ll rewrite. And some we’ll burn to the f*****g ground. Because by this age, we know which rules are b******t.

    Ep2-You’re Not Everyone’s Cup of Tea… Good. I’m Tequila

Somewhere along the way, women were handed the ridiculous idea that we’re supposed to be liked by everyone. Be agreeable. Be polite. Don’t be too loud, too opinionated, or too much. Well, screw that. In this episode of Breaking the Rules, we’re talking about people-pleasing, the exhausting need for approval, and why being everyone’s favorite person is not the flex you think it is. From fake friendships to unsolicited opinions and the beautiful freedom of no longer giving a damn, we’re breaking down why being unapologetically yourself will always beat watering yourself down to make other people comfortable. Because here’s the thing: You’re not everyone’s cup of tea. And that’s perfectly fine. Some of us were born to be tequila. 🥃 Unfiltered. Unapologetic. And definitely not for everyone. 🎙️ Breaking the Rules — Because some rules were made to be broken.

    Episode 1-Being the Bigger Person

Be the Bigger Person? Yeah, No. Who the hell decided that being the bigger person means swallowing your feelings, tolerating disrespect, and cleaning up messes you didn’t make? Because I’ve got questions. In the very first episode of Breaking the Rules, we’re calling b******t on one of the most overused pieces of advice we’ve ever been handed. We’re talking boundaries, accountability, friendships, protecting your peace, and why being the bigger person shouldn’t mean being everyone’s favorite doormat. A little humor, a little truth, and probably a few things somebody needed to hear. Welcome to Breaking the Rules. Let’s break some shit.
