We’re exploring the power of language, and how swapping one tiny word, “but” for “and”, can shift your mindset, open your energy, and bring more compassion, truth, and self-acceptance into your daily life. This reframe first landed for me years ago, but it resurfaced recently during a retreat, and it hit differently. It reminded me that the way we speak to ourselves is the way we create our reality. Together, we’ll explore: How your words program your subconscious mind and shape your emotional energy. Why “but” often keeps you stuck in resistance, self-criticism, or fear of failure. How “and” creates integration, nervous system regulation, and emotional safety. The energetic difference between contraction and expansion in your language. How to practice conscious communication that builds self-trust and alignment.This episode isn’t about grammar - it’s about energetic embodiment. It’s about shifting from shame to self-acceptance, from duality to wholeness, from fear to possibility.
